I’m Karla Gregg, and I asked myself: How can I say more YES.
I first tried this in 2016 (my first YES-Year) and went viral on YouTube for documenting it, traveled to Europe with my sister and best friend, lost 20 lbs, and landed my dream job working in TV.
Then in 2020, I went all in again. Within a few months, I called in the love of my life, doubled my income, paid off $25k in debt, got certified as a NLP Practitioner and personal growth coach and moved into my dream apartment.

The YES Movement is a 21-day experiment where you commit to saying YES to yourself: your desires, your growth, your joy…for an entire year.
It’s not about saying yes to everything. It’s about saying yes to the things you’ve been craving but keep putting off because of fear, doubt, or “shoulds’ or “what ifs.”
Think: starting the project you’ve been sitting on, taking the trip, asking for the promotion, going on the date, joining the class, setting the boundary, choosing yourself.
